This was my first time coming to this store and I am leaving happy and with reduced stress.Lamiss was extremely helpful and non judgmental. She made me feel respected and honestly the opposite of how I expected to feel when getting a loan.

I was recently there, yesterday actually. I was helped buy the lovely and cute Lamiss. Every friendly and great customer service. Def recommend this place over Money Mart any day of the week. Maybe I'm bias as well but it helps that she's from a part of the world where I'm originally from as well. Maraco all they way!!!

Fresh, clean location. Awesome staff member took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were met. They even provide a chair for me to sit in while we are conducting our business... which is a very good thing for a semi disabled person. Thanks Baneet!

I started my loan online and came into the branch because the system was down. Baneet was so kind heart'ed and made the process so easy I wish every payday I've been to before could of provided the same service! Store was so clean and professional, what a nice way to start the long weekend.

Elizabeth was an excellent customer service representative. She was very warming and welcoming. When i arrived at the store, she greeted me wit a beautiful smile and went the extra mile to help me get my loan even though there were some issues that were out of her control. I am very pleased with the effort she put in to helping me out. Excellent service!!!
